Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team on various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities and maintain HR documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Help update HR databases and assist with day-to-day operations.
Participate in learning and development initiatives and HR strategy discussions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning HR tools.
Eagerness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
