Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Help organize internal HR activities and documentation

Who Can Apply

Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
