Completion Requirement for Certification: Certificates will only be awarded to candidates who complete the entire internship duration as stated in the acceptance letter. Early termination or withdrawal will disqualify the intern from receiving a certificate.

Attendance & Punctuality Regular: attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Repeated absenteeism or tardiness without valid reason will affect both evaluation and eligibility for future opportunities.

Code of Conduct : Interns are expected to maintain a professional attitude and adhere to company policies at all times. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination from the internship.

Learning & Contribution : Interns are encouraged to take initiative, ask questions, and actively contribute to their assigned projects. The internship is a learning experience, and your involvement will be a key factor in evaluations.

Confidentiality : All interns must maintain the confidentiality of the company’s internal data and client information. A confidentiality agreement may be required upon joining.

Feedback & Evaluation : Interns will receive regular feedback from their mentors/supervisors. Final evaluations will be based on performance, behaviour, initiative, and overall contribution during the internship period.
